Returns & Exchanges

REFUNDS, CREDITS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy, so if wish to return any item(s), please follow our policy for a refund, store credit or exchange:

  • Notify us at styleandglamboutique@yahoo.com within 5 business days of receiving item(s.)

  • Mail back items unworn, new condition and in original packaging within 20 business days to receive refund or credit.  Items mailed back after 20 business days, will only receive a credit, minus shipping costs, tax and customs fees.  We do not provide return labels. All fees, including shipping and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

  • ONLY products with manufacturing defects can be returned for refund, credit or exchange of same items (if in stock) or an equal value product(s). MUST notify us within 3 business days of delivery on item(s) to be valid. All item(s) must be returned before exchanges, credits or refunds are given.  Style & Glam Boutique will provide the customer an additional credit for shipping fees (the same shipping method must be used to receive credit.) NO RETURNS on soiled, broken, or damaged products caused by the misuse or wear-n-tear of the owner.   All returned items MUST be approved by Style & Glam Boutique.

 

Sale items are FINAL

Once Style & Glam Boutique receives your item(s), a refund or credit will be issued to you within 4 weeks.  All refunds will be returned back onto your original method of payment, (credit card, Paypal, etc)

 

SHOE RETURNS

Because of the nature of fitting shoes, we strongly suggest purchasing shoes at least a half size larger.
