Refunds & Credits

 

  • Before sending back items, notify us within 5 business days of receiving item(s) to be valid.

  • Style & Glam MUST APPROVE ITEMS before mailing.  Please Note: Unapproved items will NOT be accepted.

  • TO BE APPROVED FOR REFUNDS.  Refunds are only granted on items that were delivered to the customer via wrong color, size and/or broken/torn.  The customer will have the option to receive the correct item at no additional charge or receive money back.  IMPORTANT: There are no exceptions.

  • TO BE APPROVED FOR STORE CREDITS.  Store credits are granted for all other returns or exchanges.  Items MUST have no visible signs of wear or use, in new condition and in original packaging. NO STORE CREDITS on soiled or damaged products caused by the misuse or wear-n-tear of the customer.

  • WE DO NOT ALLOW BULK BUYS TO BE RETURNED.  In order to prohibit customers from buying a bulk order to return all the items within the designated time, Style & Glam will only credit 25% of the bulk order.  Bulk orders are orders that total $500 or more, not including shipping and handling.  For example, a customer who spends $1,000 (not including shipping and handling) on a bulk order, will only receive $250 in a store credit.

  • Upon approval to return items, customer will receive an email with packing instructions and contact details.   Return labels will be included for refunds only.  

  • Items must be mailed back to Style & Glam within 10 - 15 business days to be valid. 

  • Items mailed and/or received AFTER the allotted time will not be accepted. Items will not be returned to sender nor any monies reimbursed for items that we receive after the allotted time. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and custom fees, except for refunds.

  • The original shipping charges and insurance are non-refundable.

  • Once Style & Glam receives item(s), a refund or credit will be issued to you within 7 - 10 business days.  Refunds are sent via the original payment method, not including shipping charges. Credits will be issued with a special code via email confirmation.

  • The following items cannot be returned: undergarments, earrings, beauty products and custom, signature pieces.

  • Customers are responsible for all delivery problems caused by the wrong address.
