In stock orders are shipped in 2-3 business days, with the exception of holidays.  International orders are subject to import custom and handling fees, depending on country.

Delivery times listed above are only estimates, so please take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance, etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to process your merchandise in a timely manner, however, we are not responsible for shipping packages delivered outside the estimated time frame. 

Need it faster? We've got you covered! Our express shipping options will mail your items within the next 2 business days for in stock merchandise.  Note that holidays falling on weekdays are not business days. All express delivery times and prices are based on orders shipping to most major cities. Shipments going to remote locations may require additional charges and an extra business day for delivery. Any customs fees, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for any questions about express shipping to your location.


To get your holiday gifts in time, place your order at least 4 weeks (5-6 weeks for international orders) in advance to receive items before the holiday. Please note that standard shipping service is not guaranteed and we are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the delivery service, weather, etc. Get in touch at if you have any questions. 


In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we carry and produce small quantities of in-stock merchandise at one time.   Once that item is sold out, it will be restocked due to availability and demand or replaced with another item.    Other merchandise is made on a pre-order basis and mailed within 10 - 30 business days.  If you have any questions, email us at


If you wish to cancel your order, please send a cancellation request to A cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.


After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, including the tracking number.  Delivery confirmations are tracked on all items via UPS or Fed EX.  To check the status of a package, please click on or Tracking Your Shipment or Packages | FedEx


If your tracking number says that your package has arrived, but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following: 

  • Verify the shipping address on your order is correct

  • Look for an attempted delivery notice slip

  • Double check your surrounding area 

  • Check to see if your neighbors or someone in your residence has accepted it

  • Allow an extra 1-2 days, in rare instances. Some orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving.


NOTE: To avoid any unforeseen shipping problems, please make sure the billing address matches the information on your credit card.

Style & Glam is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, torn or broken packages due to incorrect mailing address or delivery service error, but we will take every effort in recovering your package. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package. After all options have been exhausted, please contact us at
